I never thought I would be writing this!

We purchased our first home just four days before Christmas in 2018. A charming little 1930s home with a surprise in the backyard. This tiny little 1 bedroom home sat on our property begging for love for almost five years. And now…well…here we are 🥹

A little patience and a lot of help from my brother-in-law & sister…IT’S READY!

We’re currently using this space as a creative one…space for Micah to write, myself to work, bake…a little escape in our backyard. Oh and one of the best parts? We’re a 1 bathroom household, UNTIL NOW 😂 There’s an extra bathroom out here, so we can stop playing paper, scissors, rock every time we need to use the restroom at the same time.

Our little girl has been calling this the “studio house” and the name has stuck…so without further ado, I present the backyard studio house!!!

We’re just so grateful for this little space. We can’t wait to host friends from out of town and sneak out for movie nights in the backyard 😊 Thanks for coming along!
