Make sure to read each line carefully and double check your spellings. All models + parents will be notified by August 1, 2017 if they have been accepted.
PARENTS AND SENIOR: By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as an HFP spokesmodel, I will be required to use HFP as my senior photographer and will contractually agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Holly Felts and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the spokesmodel program. However, if granted acceptance into the program, I agree that myself and a parent/guardian will be available and present at the Welcome Event held on Sunday, August 13, 2017.
