Maddie’s Bridal Session at the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas Texas was absolutely dreamy! Our original plan was to do the bridals at her parent’s home, but the weather took a turn, and we had to come up with plan B.

A Hotel Crescent Court Bridal Session

Hotel Crescent Court was actually where Maddie’s mother had her very own bridal portraits taken over 20 years ago, so this ended up being beautiful AND sentimental. This boutique hotel was the perfect location for her bridal session. We started in the Garden Side Courtyard, which is surrounded by a manicured lawn and flowers. The covered awnings let us take gorgeous portraits, even as it rained!

Maddie’s sweet pup Jordan, of course, made an appearance (motivated by Chick-fil-a nuggets like most of us!). Their adorable photos turned out so well! Bella Flora also made a floral pup necklace for Jordan, which was absolutely the cutest!

One of the show-stopping features of this session was Maddie’s gown! It was a Berta 19-112. Known for their luxurious fabrics, intricate lace, and incredible silhouettes, Berta gowns are a dream to photograph! Maddie chose a classic a-line gown, with sheer cap sleeves, a low back, and covered in lace appliqué. The horsehair trim at the bottom let the gown flutter with ease as she twirled. Her classic bun and mother’s pearl earrings were the perfect touches to her wedding day look. She chose a bridal bouquet similar to the one she had on her wedding day – filled with all white flowers including ranunculus, roses, and Ruscus.

I absolutely love doing bridal sessions, as they give me such a special time to capture the bride and create gorgeous keepsake photos that she can look back on for years to come!
