Alex and Gabriele’s Tulsa Oklahoma wedding was such a joy to shoot! Gaby and Alex first met back in 2018 and had their first date at a coffee shop called DoubleShot Coffee in Tulsa. Gaby and Alex were both very nervous about the first date. It was 10 o’clock in the morning, and they got their coffee and found a nice table in the corner so they could chat and not interrupt anyone else. Their conversation flowed naturally, and Alex felt an instant connection. Apparently, it is true that “time flies when you are having fun” because when they finally looked down at their phones, they had been there for almost 5 hours, with only one cup of coffee! (Yes, Gaby was really hungry after she left the coffee shop.)

Their relationship quickly took off with lots of laughs and fun times together. Gaby’s favorite thing about Alex is his genuine personality and how his eyes get squinty when he gets a big smile on his face, which just warms her heart. Alex loves how sweet and kind Gaby is as well as her cute cheek dimples when she smiles. Gaby and Alex learned early on that they both love to travel. They were fortunate enough to be able to travel halfway across the world with each other.

Spain Ranch Tulsa Oklahoma Wedding

Their ceremony took place at the Church of St. Mary while their reception was at Spain Ranch. This was a rare occasion that all families were present as Gaby’s family is from Indonesia. It was really special for Gaby to spend such extended time with her family on her wedding day and for them to celebrate with her!

This was a wedding of gifts. No, seriously, Gaby and Alex gave gifts the entire day! It was just a pure reflection of who they are as a couple: thoughtful, genuine, and giving. They wanted to make sure all of their close friends and family were loved on and thanked accordingly.

It was such a beautiful thing to be able to witness and to be able to capture on camera this amazing day so Gaby and Alex can look back on those photos for years to come!
