Avery and Cole’s engagement session was pure joy. They have been together five years and are truly best friends first, partners always.
They met in high school after Cole moved to Tulsa from overseas before 10th grade. By January 2020, they officially started dating. Since then, their relationship has grown with laughter, comfort, and love.
Avery says Cole is her best friend and the most wonderful person she knows. They love cozy movie days, long car rides, and exploring nature. They are also college students. Avery is studying nursing at TU, and Cole is studying biblical languages at OBU. They will graduate this year together.
We started the session in downtown Tulsa, one of my favorite spots for natural, candid photos. The city streets gave us great light and fun backdrops. Avery and Cole were relaxed and playful. True naturals in front of the camera!
They laughed, held hands, and walked together. Every glance and smile felt natural. These moments are what make engagement sessions so special.
Next, we headed to the Tulsa Rose Garden. The flowers and greenery created a romantic, peaceful atmosphere. Golden hour light added a warm glow. Avery and Cole shared quiet laughs and gentle embraces.
These are the photos that feel timeless. They capture the love and connection that will last a lifetime.
Engagement sessions are more than pretty pictures. They are a chance to slow down, enjoy the day together, and show who you really are. Avery and Cole did this beautifully.
I’m so thankful I got to capture this part of their story. Their session in downtown Tulsa and at the Rose Garden was relaxed, joyful, and romantic. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding day! 🤍
