Campbell and William’s Spring Island wedding was an unforgettable celebration of love, nature, and timeless Southern charm. Set beneath towering oaks and framed by marsh views, this dreamy coastal day was full of intentional details—from a serene outdoor ceremony to a lively tented reception.
Spring Island is a breathtaking coastal community in South Carolina known for its historic charm and natural beauty — learn more about Spring Island here.
The ceremony took place in one of Spring Island’s most beloved spots: by the historic St. Francis Statue. Surrounded by soft white and creamy florals, Campbell and William exchanged vows in a peaceful garden setting. Bridesmaids wore mix-and-match soft blue dresses that perfectly complemented the natural landscape and color palette.
The weekend began with a cozy and welcoming Friday night gathering at Bonny Shore Gazebo. Fire-roasted salmon, gourmet s’mores, and a delicious dinner prepared by Spring Island’s culinary team created a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect way to kick off a weekend filled with family, friends, and celebration.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to a beautiful sailcloth tent overlooking the marsh. The reception featured glowing candlelight, soft white florals, and elegant coastal touches. As golden hour faded into evening, a full moon rose over the water—providing the perfect moment for dreamy, moonlit portraits of the bride and groom.
One of the most magical moments of this Spring Island wedding came after sunset. As the full moon cast a gentle glow over the marsh, we stepped away for a few quiet portraits. These romantic, moonlit images are some of my favorite moments of the day—and a reminder that the best light sometimes comes after dark.
