Diane and Hunter’s Tulsa Engagement session truly captured their love story on camera. The couple met on Bumble in Kansas City, MO! She was working at Sporting Kansas City and he was in chiropractic school. They have been together a little over 2 years! Diane knew there was something special about Hunter after their very first date and couldn’t shake him. All she knows is he was so easy and fun to be with and is the BEST listener ever! For fun, they like to spend time with family and friends, golf, bike, play pickleball, go out for drinks and food, just talk, go to the lake, cuddle and watch funny tv shows or scary movies, cook…. so many things!

For the proposal, Hunter’s family built a new lake house, and Labor Day weekend was their first weekend to enjoy it. Diane and her parents got to join them to celebrate. Little did Diane know Hunter set up a “photo sesh” with his sisters and female cousins. Hunter came down the dock and surprised her with the whole family there. She was so surprised! It was such a sweet proposal, especially since their family got to be there for it.

Tulsa Engagement Session

For their Tulsa engagement session, they really just wanted to tune into the JOY of their relationship and capture how much they love each other just from a momentary (or lingering!) look – making it look like the rest of the world is blocked out and it’s just the two of them. Also having the opportunity to capture special architecture in Tulsa was really special since it’s their forever home together now. The trees, flowers, and foliage here really made for some beautifully romantic photos.
