Cooper & Harper’s engagement session at Oak Tree National Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma was so much fun to shoot! Harper & Cooper have been together for 2 1/2 years and spent about half of that time long distance. They met at a Halloween party during their sophomore year of college. Fun fact, they were dressed as a Hippie and a Unicorn! The two didn’t start dating until 2 years later though! They love to go out with friends, try new food, and go to concerts.

When it came to the proposal, Cooper took Harper “out” for a graduation celebration. He put together a surprise picnic and a book of our favorite pictures before popping the question. Harper was COMPLETELY caught off guard! I am a huge fan of surprise proposals and I am so proud of Cooper for pulling it off!

Engagement Session at Oak Tree National Golf Club

We had their engagement session at Oaks National Golf Club where they spend their evenings fishing around ponds and going on sunset golf cart cruises. This was such a fun location and had so many gorgeous spots for us to choose from for lovely backdrops!

One of the highlights of the shoot was definitely Harper’s shoes! Harper had custom pink boots made with her soon-to-be initials embroidered in them! They were such a fun detail to get to shoot!

I’m so excited for their 2022 spring wedding at The Baumberhof with Embellished Weddings! Their wedding planner, Keely, is a former bride of mine so it’ll be so much fun for all of us to be together on the day of their wedding! It is always so much fun to be able to get to know my couple’s love story and be a part of it from the engagement session to their wedding day and beyond!
