Let’s kick things off with talking about how amazing Chris & Anne Marie are. They brought Micah and I along to Chris’s home state of Pennsylvania where we had their amazing engagement session!

Anne Marie & her sweet soon-to-be in-laws picked us up from the airport and took us out for Philly Cheesesteaks (my first time EVER to try them…and how perfect to be IN Philly!!!) and to see a little bit of the city.

The Ochs were so gracious to host us while we stayed in Philly – we had the best time with them!

Anne Marie wanted to show us the G O R G E O U S Magic Gardens – which I will add is a MUST if you’re in Philly! It’s insanely cool. We grabbed a quick pic in front of one of the walls! 

The next day we kicked off their engagements! We started things off in Longwood Gardens, located outside of Philly closer to Chris’s hometown. It was GORGEOUS. I loved all of the beautiful colors and tall trees.

Of course, Anne Marie & I had to show everyone how to be PRO leaf throwers!

After wrapping up at the Longwood Gardens, we headed back to the Ochs home for an AMAZING – I mean AMAZING home cooked meal. It was beyond delicious (mouth watering just thinking about that shrimp dish. YUM) and settled in for a good nights sleep!

Early the next morning, we headed back into the city to go to Fairmount Park Horticulture Center. It was quite the adventure, but so worth it for these unique photos!!!

HOW CUTE ARE THEY?!!? Obsessed.

These photos…these make me laugh! As soon as we arrived to the steps, multiple school buses of children were FLOODING the steps!!! Major props to Anne Maire & Chris for enduring me YELLING over all of the city noise, crazy children, and posing like we’re in a super peaceful setting.

Meanwhile, Micah sat in the car to ensure we weren’t going to get towed or get a ticket. He guarded the car like a champ.

Lots of life threatening street crossing, again, handled like true professionals. Well done you two! 

We ended our time together enjoying (more) delicious Philly cheesesteaks at Reading Terminal Market. WHAT A COOL EXPERIENCE!

Cheers to the wedding coming up in April…our setting will be a little different as we’ll be in Amelia Island, Florida…bring on that sweet Florida sunshine!!!
